Don't miss the free clinic tonight at Kinetic Sports Rehab! I've been given some very focused exercises by these guys to help support my weakness areas (such as hip flexors, hamstrings, adductors, lower back, ankle ligaments) and the exercises have really helped me quickly address those weaknesses. Kinetic has also helped Tim Becker and a couple other Rooster teammates as well.

The purpose of the clinic is to give an overview of additional things that we can do as cyclists, answer questions, introduce rock tape taping techniques, and to meet the clinic staff. many of you are very much in tune with cycling specific physical education. But these guys might have some good additions to your breath of training and fitness knowledge -- should be a worthwhile introduction!

The clinic is starting a bit earlier, 6:30 pm, than initially announced since they want to make it a 90 minute clinic. I look forward to seeing you there!
